|Recommended: YesOverall, not bad — Overall, I really like it and don't regret moving here. I just sadly have upstairs neighbors with really loud dogs. Besides that though, would definitely recommend.
|Recommended: YesI just signed a lease for my third year at Harvard Apartments and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartment manager is wonderful, always goes above and beyond, very helpful. The area is fairly quiet, within walking distance of many things, reasonably quiet. In the midst of the third largest city in Missouri and close to busy streets, the area still seems homey and safe.

My neighbors are quiet, maintenance is always on top of any requests and the manager is wonderful if you ever have any questions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something affordable, clean and cozy

The manager takes such good care of all of us and always goes above and beyond. I would Highly recommend Harvard

The reason I chose Harvard is because it’s safe and patrolled by on campus security guard What I really like most is the convenience of restaurants,Shops, and bass pro all within walking distance.

She continues to helpful, a plus for this company. The apartment is comfortable, well maintained, just a good place to live.

|Recommended: Yes10 10 I have rented through Wooten for a year and just renewed my lease. The manager and maintenance are very friendly and professional. The property is kept clean and tidy, change out filters every 3 months and accommodated to my handicapped needs.

|Recommended: YesWelcome to Our Little community Our apartments come with one story up to three stories buildings and parking is plentiful. There are several on-site laundry facilities in case all the washers are being used in your building and you need it immediately. Our Landlady Gorsia is here for the long haul and dedicated to her position WHICH IS KEEPING OUR BUILDINGS UP TO PAR and informing us of any maintenance or routine pests inspections. You never have to wonder if someone has been in your apartment.
