|Recommended: YesI am starting my 5th year at Harvard Apartments. It has been a good experience. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything, especially places to eat. Anything you want. The complex is very well maintaned. Management is very responsive to request. And the property is very well maintained.

|Recommended: YesI love these apartments. Most of them are in good neighborhoods and they are all kept up to date and are clean. They all have playgrounds and pools as well.

|Recommended: YesThe apartments and neighborhood are quiet, there is good access to major streets leading to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained, and maintenance and staff respond promptly to any concerns and problems. It's the best apartment I have lived in.
|Recommended: YesGood for what I needed. — It's a little expensive and a little sketchy, but it's clean and warm, and locks securely. The bathroom drains had trouble sometimes but usually worked. It worked for what I needed at the time.
|Recommended: YesI love living here and the manager maint. too — The manager and staff are very professional, stays out of personal lives -NO DRAMA My neighbors are very pleasant and were very welcoming when I moved in, often when they see you, they will speak and wave. Everyone respects each other's space, no problems with noise, pets, law enforcement, firearms drugs, or filth pests. They offer a very reasonable renter's insurance with the rent, which is great, especially on a fixed income-one less thing to keep track of. Maintenance reports are done online and if there is an emergency, they have a 24-hour dispatch that responds in minutes to maintenance issues.

|Recommended: YesLiving here for almost FOUR YEARS THE MANAGER HAS MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND FULFILLED ALL MY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. Although Wooten may seem like a big company I have had Supervisors and bookkeepers available to answer questions. I would highly recommend living here

It is a place that helps you take the the appropriate steps towards your comfort zone. Zero concerns that an issue will be address. Only a mother could care for a facility better. Must see
