|Recommended: YesI’ve lived at Harvard Apartments for two years, and management has always been quick and efficient dealing with any issues I’ve had. The value for apartment is great, and it’s location is extremely convenient. I would suggest Harvard Apartments to anybody looking for housing in the Springfield area
|Recommended: YesI have lived in the Harvard apartments for a year now, and just renewed my lease I love how quiet of a community it is. My one bed room is so nice and spacious. I love the staff they are always kind and helpful
|Recommended: YesI have been renting for almost four years and have recently renewed my lease. I love it here. It is quiet, I don't hear traffic or dogs barking. The Property Manager and staff here are wonderful and react to any problem I may have. I have only had to call maintenance one time, and they were very friendly and motivated to get my problem fixed, and in a hurry. I highly recommend The Wooten Company.

|Recommended: YesI have lived hear for a year now, and there is nowhere else I would rather be — Management and maintenance are excellent as are the tenants. Close to EVERYTHING I rented the apartment sight unseen over the internet. I am sure there is no better property manager than Gosia. She was and is an absolute dream to work with I would recommend Harvard Apartments to anyone. And am paying SO MUCH LESS for an even better apartment here than I was in Chicagoland. I don't own a car and walk, take the bus or occasionally a lyft or uber. Safety is never a a concern.

|Recommended: YesAffordable Living in the Heart of Springfield — Definitely one of the more affordable complexes I've seen. Great location It's only about a 10 minute drive to most of the major sites in town MSU, Battlefield Mall, Mercy Hospital, Cox South, etc. . I've lived here for over 4 years and overall have been very happy with my experience. I recommend it to all my friends who are looking to move some have even decided to call Harvard their home.
